Who we are

Electre (“Electre”, “we”, “us”) operates the Electre platform at electre.ai and prime.electre.ai, including the AI agents that research, build, launch and run ventures on your behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name, organisation, team membership, role and sign-in history.
• Google sign-in: if you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, whether Google has verified that address, and your profile picture, through the openid, email and profile scopes.
• Connected services: if you connect Google Drive, we read only the files you choose to share with a venture, with read-only access. If you connect GitHub, we access the repositories you authorise.
• Your content: ideas, briefs, messages, files, designs, documents, code, builds and published apps you or your agents create in Electre.
• Billing: Stripe processes your card. We keep your Stripe customer ID, plan, invoices, credit balance and purchases. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and security data: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, pages and actions, and error and audit logs.

How we use it

• Run the service: authenticate you, run your agents, store and sync your files, build and host your apps, and show you what your agents did.
• Billing: charge for credits, subscriptions, storage and hosting, and keep the records the law requires.
• Communication: send sign-in codes, invitations, receipts and important service notices. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• Safety: detect abuse, secure accounts, enforce our Terms and meet legal obligations.
• Improvement: understand reliability and usage in aggregate. We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI model providers

Your agents run on large language models from Anthropic and OpenAI. To do the work you ask for, we send those providers the content each task needs, such as your brief, files and messages, through their commercial APIs.

We choose API terms under which these providers do not use that content to train their models. They may keep it for a limited time to operate their service and prevent abuse.

Google user data

Electre’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google sign-in data only to create and secure your account. We use Google Drive data only to read the files you choose as context for your ventures, and only to provide features you can see and use.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train or improve generalised AI or machine learning models. We transfer it to others only as needed to provide those features, such as sending a file you chose to an AI model provider to complete your request, for security, or to comply with the law. Our staff do not read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.

You can disconnect Google Drive in Settings or remove Electre’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run Electre, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, databases, file storage and email delivery (Amazon SES), in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2).
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Anthropic and OpenAI: AI model processing, as described above.
• Google and GitHub: sign-in and the connections you choose.
• Cloudflare: domain name service.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Apps you publish

Apps you publish with Electre are served from addresses such as p123.prime.electre.ai. You are responsible for the information your app collects from its visitors and for telling them how you use it. We process visitor requests only to serve and secure your app, and keep request logs for up to 14 days.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies that are strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security token that protects your requests, and a short-lived cookie that completes Google sign-in. We also keep preferences such as your last open venture in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you delete a venture or close your account, we delete the related content from our live systems within 30 days, and it leaves our backups as they expire. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, account audit records while your account is open, and operational logs for 14 days.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Agents run in isolated sandboxes, published apps run apart from the platform, and access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information, and object to or restrict how we use it, by writing to hello@electre.ai. We answer within 30 days. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. People in the EU, UK and elsewhere have the rights their local law gives them, including complaining to their data protection authority.

International transfers

We store your data in Australia. Some providers, including AI model providers and Stripe, process it in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer information abroad we rely on contractual protections suited to the destination.

Children

Electre is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
